Here is short story which will teach a beautiful lesson to our mind and thinking. Once an Eagle found a glittering stone, it was a precious diamond. It was rare and had a high value. The Eagle thought, this diamond should be owned by the most deserving person. So it caught the diamond with his claws and took a high flight. He saw a cute looking monkey on a tree, innocently playing on the branches. Eagle felt this humble creature should own this precious diamond. So he dropped the diamond on a branch and flew ahead and hid in high branches. The eagle watched that the monkey was delighted on sighting the glittering stone. The monsoon or the rainy season brings in new life and prosperity as water is life. Imagine an earth without water? All living creatures would die. Every year the rain fills up the rivers and lakes and ensures drinking water for us. Also crops in fields, fruit and other cultivations get necessary nourishment. If monsoon is delayed or rainfall is scanty or more than expected this delicate cycle of life is disturbed. Try planting a seed in soil, if you water too much it gets decayed and if no water seed is dried off or eaten by insects. On Mother's day! My mind raced back in the memory lane...remembered my Mom's first flight experience. It was Mumbai to Hyderabad flight. To save money I had to book late night 2:30 am flight, my Mom and me left house at 10 pm. We started our night out by cab to airport, I could sense my Mother was nervous but she trusted me and set off. We roamed around the airport like two teenagers watching all pretty air hostess and cool dudes hurriedly passing by.   :-D We ate and sat in   waiting area. The check-in had to be done above but Mom was nervous using escalator so we went by stairs waiting every five steps so Mom could take a break.  Carrying all luggage  and climbing stairs was difficult for me but did not show on my face or else Mom would be disturbed.  Finally boarded the flight, Mom said she is feeling suffocated and might faint. Through the dusty lanes and shady trees ran the pathway. It leads to a small pond with big rocky banks. During the day, this place looked a normal one. But at night, it silently glowed creating heaven on earth experience. Who created this magical glow? They are none other than little fireflies. Each carrying their own light. Hundreds of them are illuminating the whole area around the pond. But they like silence, gently just hold out your hands and wait, some of them even rest on your hand.  They love if you hold water in your palms, they will rest and drink. As they sit on your palms you observe their light turning on and off, creating a glow and twinkling experience. This term “Copycat Phenomenon” has emerged as Psychological reference to state of mind, where you imitate some actions copying some reading material or media visuals or maybe seen it often in person. Stress...How can we handle it? This question is never obvious; we hardly ask this to ourselves. Why? Because we are not aware how unknowingly we are undergoing stress. We try to hide behind work load, friends, addiction and try to please ourselves. This is the most we do when we are in stress. We don't admit it, we try to run away from it. In short we do not have the courage or understanding how to face it or how to handle it. There is no specific age when stress might hit you. Even a small baby can undergo stress. Children, teenagers, middle aged and even old people can undergo stress. However, the reason or root cause of this stress varies with age group. A small baby may get stressed if it’s kept in unhygienic environment, lot of noise, manhandled and so on.
